Data Sub-Processors

Dregs engages the following third-party sub-processors to help provide the Service. We impose written obligations relating to confidentiality and data protection that are appropriate to the services they provide.

This list may change from time to time as our service providers change. Material additions or replacements will be reflected here or otherwise communicated as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Infrastructure & Hosting

Purpose: Cloud infrastructure hosting, compute, database, storage, and email delivery for the Dregs platform.

Data processed: May include tracked events, device and network data, identity data, scores, account information, logs, and support-related operational data.

Location: EU (Frankfurt, eu-central-1)

Anthropic

Training & Analysis

Purpose: AI-assisted identity review and analysis when a customer requests that optional feature.

Data processed: May include identity data, scores, event summaries, and device information for records submitted for review. Data is only sent for this purpose when the relevant review feature is invoked.

Location: United States

Fathom Analytics

Website Analytics

Purpose: Privacy-focused, cookieless website analytics for the Dregs marketing website and dashboard.

Data processed: Aggregated, anonymized visit data such as page views, referrer, country, browser, and device type. No cookies are set and no personally identifying data is collected.

Location: EU / Canada

Google LLC

Advertising & Conversion Measurement

Purpose: Measuring the effectiveness of paid advertising campaigns.

Data processed: Campaign and click attribution information, conversion event records, and related advertising data.

Location: United States

Stripe

Payment Processing

Purpose: Payment processing and subscription billing for paid plans.

Data processed: May include customer billing information, payment method details, tax-related billing data, and subscription status. Stripe does not receive end-user tracking data through ordinary Service operation.
